Building Lummmen's AI-Powered UI/UX Review Platform

Lummmen came to us with an idea: a SaaS tool that scans a website and flags specific UI/UX problems, with concrete fixes for each one. We built that platform for them in React.js, from initial concept to a working product now used by paying clients.
How it works
A user submits their website’s URL, and the platform analyzes it against established UI/UX principles, flagging specific problems and suggesting fixes, including code the user can drop directly into their site.
A dashboard for the metrics that matter
The platform connects to Google Analytics to show real-time data on user engagement and the effect of changes users make. We’re building out support for Matomo and Hotjar next, and the platform already supports custom metrics through Google Tag Manager, so clients can track anything from a single button click to a multi-step interaction.
A breakdown of what to fix
Direct access to a human
Automated analysis only goes so far, so the platform also includes a chat system connecting users directly to analytics experts on the Lummmen team, for help setting up Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Matomo, or building out custom GTM tags for specific events.
Traction
Product demos of the platform helped Lummmen secure government grants and sign on its first clients. Early users have been testing the product in production, and their feedback has shaped where it’s gone since.
I really appreciated working with North P&D. We developed a digital product in React.js. The process was very smooth and very clear. The team is available and listens carefully to what you want and offers effective solutions to challenges.
